Reporting misconduct

If you think something is wrong, use SpeakUp, the Atlas Copco Group’s independent misconduct reporting system.

All reports are recorded anonymously in the respective national language, translated into English by machine and then forwarded by SpeakUp to the SVP General Counsel and the Head of Group Compliance.

Proven violations will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment, and may be reported to local authorities for criminal prosecution.

• The report is completely anonymous. Each case is assigned a tracking number for internal use.
• You can use the case number to answer queries and view the status of the case.
